A premier event of An Australian Film Initiative - AFFI 2011 set the tone for a new chapter in film relations between India and Australia.
With support from industry stalwarts such as Hugh Jackman, directors Bill Bennett& John Winter, Government agencies such as Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade(Australia), FICCI FRAMES India, CINEMAX and VIACOM 18 –AFFI 2011 gave Indian audiences and film practitioners an exclusive glimpse into a new and exciting film culture, not so different from their own, opening up a host of opportunities for collaboration. |
